How will you use my donation?

Your donation funds our offerings, which will always be free for new grads and entry-level jobseekers. Today, these offerings include dearCC game plan (a personalized roadmap built from a profile and five questions), crews (five jobseekers in the same early stage, supported by a mentor), and content (including shorts and episodes with hiring managers and recruiters). Who is behind New Work Foundation?

New Work Foundation was founded by Clara Shih, who spent 20 years leading AI at Meta and Salesforce and was named to the TIME100 AI. Andrew Yang is our founding advisor. The full team, including our Gen Z advisory board, is on our team page.

Is my donation tax-deductible?

Yes, New Work Foundation is a 501(c)(3) tax-exempt organization and your donation is tax-deductible within the guidelines of U.S. law. We will email your receipt on completion.
