Named to the TIME100 AI and serving on the board of HubSpot, she is one of the few nonprofit founders with the technical depth and scaled business experience to respond to AI disruption by building AI solutions.
In early 2026, Clara published a viral essay on the AI displacement crisis, arguing that the entry-level freeze is the early signal of something much larger in our economy and society. She launched New Work Foundation at the TIME100 Summit in April 2026.
