New Work Foundation is a small team taking on a big problem, which is why we’re grateful to all the individuals and organizations helping us ship at a pace we could not otherwise afford. Everything we build depends on contributions from people who believe early-career workers deserve better.

A dearCC crew is five or six entry-level jobseekers in the same field, working through the job search together. They meet weekly on their own. Each crew is assigned one mentor from industry to be the voice of experience.

The program runs twelve weeks. You join the crew on a regular cadence, usually about an hour every other week, and stay reachable in their Slack channel in between.
